Sunrise and Barry M in Peach for the Stars

Is there anything more beautiful than seeing a sunrise on a beautiful day? This was a particularly beautiful one that I had to capture when Aysh and I went to Eastbourne recently. The night before I had painted my nails this beautiful orange/ peach from Barry M called Peach for the Stars. I love it!
I love how glossy the polish is, especially when the Daylight Curing Top Coat is painted on. I kept this on my nails for four days chip free, so it did pretty well.
I tested out a recent purchase - a white polish that has a brush like a striper. This was a first attempt with it, but I will have another go with some more nail art to try out some more patterns. What do you think of the chevrons?

MoYou London Explorer Set nail stamping kit

I've never used a nail stamper before. I've always been terrified of messing up the design or not getting it right and it being a total waste. My interest was piqued though when I spotted some designs by Moyou London. In particular, I wanted the Mandala plate, which came out last week. But in addition I picked up the Explorer set, because I loved the tribal designs on the plate before, and because the sets are good for newbies like me as it has the polishes, stamper and scraper in it too.
Plate number 27 was the one I was really looking forward to trying out. I also received plate 14, which I will review in another post. It came with three polishes, which are suitable for stamping. I went with the Turquoise Mint. It took me a few attempts, but I love how the designs came out, I loved the middle finger design so much that I used it on my thumb too.
As you can see the plate I have has 18 designs so there's plenty of opportunity to try out different designs and mix them up. For nails of my size the designs fit on perfectly, but if you have bigger nails you may want to go for designs that are bigger, and fewer to a plate.

I like how they turned out, and don't think they are too bad for a first proper attempt. I'm thinking of colour combinations and how I can use the other designs.

What do you think of them? Where are your favourite nail stamping tools from?
