Nailbox - April Box

We've had the beauty subscription boxes, but now it's time for the nail polishes' turn with the new Nailbox*. I got four polishes and the subscription cost is almost covered in this box with the OPI one alone.
I was excited to see what was in the box and I was pleased they were all Spring/ Summer appropriate colours and all ones I didn't already have. Each box contains five nail items - 3/4 nail polishes and 1 or 2 nail tools or treatments (I got an Essie nail file, which I haven't pictured here). Nailbox say they want to bring you high quality polishes from some of the biggest brands at an affordable price, and you won't receive the same polish twice.

In the April box I received:
OPI Kiss Me On My Tulips
Isn't this the most beautiful colour?! It is a beautiful fuchsia-toned pink. I painted two coats here, but it was pretty opaque with one coat if you are in a hurry and want to paint and go.
Essie Muchi Muchi
This was the first one I tried out from the box as I generally don't have a lot of baby pinks in my collection. I will be keeping this for wearing for work as it gives a subtle colour, but is still so pretty. I painted three coats to get a true opaque colour, but with one or two coats you can get away with a sheer colour if you want to go for a slightly different look.
Revlon Buttercup
Some people may not love yellows too much, but I was looking forward to trying this one which is more a pale-toned yellow and I found it flattering. I think it would look lovely with a tan too. I'm looking forward to trying this with some nail art.
China Glaze Peachy Keen
And lastly this shade. The picture may not do it justice as it got a little dark by the time I got to this one. It is a neon shade, which I really like. Again, this would be great with a tan, but is also a good colour to wear when the sun is out, but if you are not brave enough to wear it on your hands, definitely go for it on your toes.
So there's all the polishes I got. I think the box is a great idea, I've been subscribed to beauty boxes for a while, so it's good to see something different out there which is good value for money.

There are only 100 available of each box, so you have to get in there quick to get one. The May box will be sent out from 21st May, so subscribe if you would like to get one. The prices range from £13.50 - £15 per month depending on the length of your subscription. To subscribe, visit Nailbox.
